Construction of a - sq meter single storey farm house 10km northeast of Ladysmith town along the N11. Required are 4 bedrooms two of which to have ensuite bathrooms , open plan kitchen, lounge. Standard design. Corrugated iron roof with bubble foil insulation, nutec ceilings. Floors to be tiled (not fancy).
