A granny flat. 8.5m x 6.5m. 2 bedroom, open plan kitchen/living room, bathroom,
French drain must be pump out
It's a small granny flat, there is a bathroom, kitchen countertops and the shower is a bit skew The major problem here is the piping it's a mess. The floor is not angled correctly
Replace Heat Tech l geyser. Mounted on roof. Straight swap out. No pipe / fittings needed.
There is a major blockage outside which causes the kitchen and toilet water to flood outside
We have a two bedroom, 1 bathroom home. My parents room does not have a bathroom, but the room is flush against the the backyard, so it would be perfect to have a bathroom with a shower/toilet/basin lead out that way. Then, we have built an outside structure(no plans), where this is being used temporarily as extra indoor space, very small, enough for a desk and 3/4 bed. Here we would like to create a proper structure thereby creating another room with a sliding door that leads out to the yard. We have built an awning that can fit 3 cars, so using this, maybe we could build a deck as there is a new view above a certain height that one can view the mountain range from. Thanks, Mr.
