I am looking to hire 1 CPO who will be a live-in guard that also travels with me (the principal) whenever I leave the country on my 2-4 week long trips around 4 times a year. The CPO doesn’t necessarily have to live with me, but I would like him/her to drive me (the principal) around whenever I am going to the mall or out and about outside my estate (la como lifestyle estate) i leave the house maybe 3-4 times a week (usually i am outside the house for the majority of the afternoon and evening - 10am till 10pm at the very latest) I would also once in a while request the CPO to fetch/transport any of my family members and protect a family member of mine (i would be home in most of those times) this wouldnt be a weekly thing but might occur 1-3 times a month at most. I am not a government official nor am I a high profile client nor am I famous/well known. Just a normal man looking to keep myself and my family safe. Hiring timeframe is 6-12 months. My house is located on that crossing of 2 streets, very very lit by the street lights, with 1 main door and 1 garage door. As the access is in a L shape, the cameras would need to make a surveillance of 2 fronts of the house, with windows. I would like to be able to access the views on a App from my Iphone and be alerted in case of issues. Maybe the main door, the garage door need an alarm in case they are broken open. the flat is on square meter, 2 bedrooms ensuite baths and 1 living room open kitchen. + below garage entry that leads into a bedroom by stairs. Hello. We will be doing renovations at a small block of flats (5 units) starting in a couple of weeks. Renovations requires scaffolding on the exterior so that access could be gained through windows with no burglar bars. Cleaning of 2x bathrooms (showers, etc.) , 2x bedrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge area (no dining area) and balcony. Units to be cleaned on the outside and counter tops. Occasional cleaning of oven, and fridge on the inside (once every 3 months). Area has vinyl tiles throughout and only an area rug.

I represent Tshimologong , which is an innovation and education hub in Braamfontein. We are owned by WITS who is our shareholder, but are an independent company. We have a finger print and card access door system. Due to having many students the system needs to be robust. The system is currently broken and old and needs replacement.
