I was dismissed at work place and assaulted I opened a case at CCMA but my case was unfairly dismissed...S.A court also dismissed case for assault yet I have recordings of witnesses confessing on what they saw I was beaten infront of them but since last year up until this year I never got justice so all I'm asking is help because I'm tired of seeking for justice that doesn't to my side

If this is the case when month end comes, howmuch would you ask to draw up a letter warning them if they don't vacate within (7 days), we will proceed to the COURTS to apply for the eviction process to start and that all costs arising from this will be for the TENANTS Account.
Amendment to final divorce order application. City of Cape town property was in final transfer process to both spouses during divorce proceedings. Court assistant registrar adviced it should not be mentioned, therefore majestrate property not mentioned or judged upon. 4 months later city phoned they ruled ex hubby should get house and said I should return to court for variation order for judge to decide on property distribution. I live in house, ex moved out already, then started with divorce process. Please assist as I need variation application soonest. City gave end of April deadline allowing me 15 days to respond. However transfer process started already. Please assist urgently.

Good afternoon, I trust that you are well. I am writing to formally address my dismissal on the grounds of alleged gross negligence. At the disciplinary hearing, I accepted responsibility for my actions and pleaded guilty. I also presented mitigating circumstances for consideration. After evaluating all the evidence, the chairperson determined that a final written warning was the appropriate and fair sanction. However, this outcome was later overturned on appeal, and a decision to dismiss me was imposed without the introduction of any new evidence or clear justification. I respectfully submit that this subsequent dismissal was substantively unfair. In particular: - The sanction of dismissal is inconsistent with the original outcome reached after a full and fair hearing - The principle of progressive discipline was not followed - The nature of the misconduct did not warrant dismissal - My mitigating circumstances were not adequately reconsidered I acknowledge that I made an error in judgment and I sincerely regret my actions. I took responsibility at the earliest opportunity and demonstrated both remorse and a willingness to correct my conduct. At the time, the matter was addressed through the issuance of a final written warning, which I accepted. The later decision to impose dismissal, in the absence of new evidence, is inconsistent with the initial finding and, I believe, disproportionate to the circumstances. I had no prior disciplinary record, the impact of the incident was limited, and I made genuine efforts to address the situation responsibly. In light of the above, I respectfully request that this matter be reconsidered and that compensation be awarded on the basis of the substantive unfairness of the dismissal.
