I require a quote for a basic post nuptial contract. I am currently married without a marriage contract. I require a post nuptial contract as I will be taking on some financial liability in the near future and would like to protect my partner from any risk. I (husband) currently own a bonded home of which I still owe around Rk. There are no other assets between my wife and myself. This home also needs to form part of the post nuptial agreement. My wife is on board with this and we are looking to get this tied up as soon as possible.

Urgent property transaction advice

  • City (or suburb) where you need the service: Welkom
  • What are you looking for?: Help with legal documents, Consultation
  • Price estimate: R7500

I am seeking urgent legal assistance regarding a property transaction that I believe may involve a breach of contract. I submitted an Offer to Purchase for a property, and the seller signed and accepted the offer, making it a binding agreement. However, I have since discovered that another offer (possibly a backup offer) was also involved, and it appears the seller and/or agent may now be proceeding with another buyer despite my signed agreement. I am concerned that: • My valid, signed agreement may be ignored or overridden • The property could be transferred to another buyer • The estate agent may not have acted transparently or in my best interest I would appreciate your assistance with: 1. Reviewing my Offer to Purchase and related documents 2. Advising whether the seller is in breach of contract 3. Taking urgent steps, if necessary, to prevent transfer of the property 4. Advising on my legal options, including enforcing the sale or claiming damages I can provide all relevant documents, including the signed Offer to Purchase and communication with the agent. Given the urgency of the matter, I would appreciate a prompt response.

I worked with a previous employer who sacked me on the basis that I was incompetent on the job. He did not pay me. I ended suing him to CCMA. He then decided to settle the case outside the court. Now today, this night came to my house with the Police Officers claiming that I was stole his stuff. And searched everywhere and found nothing. They confronted my wife and my innocent children in the absence because I stays in S because of work and visit my family every weekend. And the most interesting thing, they even secretly took our hard earned money

Good afternoon, I trust that you are well. I am writing to formally address my dismissal on the grounds of alleged gross negligence. At the disciplinary hearing, I accepted responsibility for my actions and pleaded guilty. I also presented mitigating circumstances for consideration. After evaluating all the evidence, the chairperson determined that a final written warning was the appropriate and fair sanction. However, this outcome was later overturned on appeal, and a decision to dismiss me was imposed without the introduction of any new evidence or clear justification. I respectfully submit that this subsequent dismissal was substantively unfair. In particular: - The sanction of dismissal is inconsistent with the original outcome reached after a full and fair hearing - The principle of progressive discipline was not followed - The nature of the misconduct did not warrant dismissal - My mitigating circumstances were not adequately reconsidered I acknowledge that I made an error in judgment and I sincerely regret my actions. I took responsibility at the earliest opportunity and demonstrated both remorse and a willingness to correct my conduct. At the time, the matter was addressed through the issuance of a final written warning, which I accepted. The later decision to impose dismissal, in the absence of new evidence, is inconsistent with the initial finding and, I believe, disproportionate to the circumstances. I had no prior disciplinary record, the impact of the incident was limited, and I made genuine efforts to address the situation responsibly. In light of the above, I respectfully request that this matter be reconsidered and that compensation be awarded on the basis of the substantive unfairness of the dismissal. Thank you for your time and consideration
