I was dismissed on the 24th of July .. I have worked for the company for 13 years . On January the 1st I went on maternity and returned on the 2 May , during this absence I was transferred to another branch without my consent to return and be dismissed 2 months later.i have a 5 months baby which I was breastfeeding but because of the stress during suspension I could nolonger produce milk.
I already had case, but the settlement agreement was breached. I need legal assistance as they didn't pay out correct amount and my reference agreed apon was also breached when new employer phoned to get reference, I have in writing where they don't refer me and this was part of my settlement agreement. I was placed on paid suspension on 3 July i corporate with the investigation, the evidence I received was only made up statements from ex colleagues. I resigned 15 July before the hearing to avoid further stress. I knew doing this will look like admitting to the deed but I was just drained and wanted this to be over I did not do anything that I am accused of . My resignation was accepted by the company on 16 July , but I have received 3 letters from their attorney's today threatening for criminal case against me.
I feel my supervisor was dishonest when writing the incident report because when he brought me the report nothing was fill in he just asked to sign and it's my first time doing an incident report so I really didn't know how these things work so I only saw and read through this incident report after I was dismissed

Hi I am the only white man in company and my wife the only white lady we both started working beginning May this year at the same plase now from the beginning I dit not get payment as per our agreement now the forth month thy give me a letter that my salary wil go down to only 30% of our agreement I know there was people that got an salary increase but I got a decrease so from last 2 months thy only payd me and now down to thy sy the company is not making money but we do we are between 30 and 50 people I am the only one who got a decrease I am a maintenance and projects manager at a resort /hotel in Rustenburg so please help is this discrimination or what
Hi I'm representing 30 people on this matter ,2 arbitration award was granted in the union failing to enforcement the award to the employer during the unfair dismiss. the award was to reinstate and back payments so we want to reinstate the matter to the higher court to sue the union. please help
