1. Rear garage padestrian door has a hole in it from a cat flap being there before. I need to know if it can be repaired or if the entire door has to be replaced. If repaired, then the door would need to be repainted. 2. A drainage hole to be made in the exterior boundary wall. 3. Damp treatment and painting of two room walls.
