Good evening,I was wrongfully arrested by police with wrongful statement that was made by the company im working,and the supervisor who gave police statement kept on changing statements to police,one docket it has three statements of my supervisor due to he was biased by the company just for me to lose my job and get arrested for something i did not do.I do have whatsup conversation with my supervisor apologizing for what he did and he was not aware that they are throwing him under the bus the arrest was made on the 15/07/24 got released on the 17/07/24 even now the case is still on.im asking for lawsuit for this company,also I was suspended for the very same case at work and i won the case because the chairman saw that I was innocent and the supervisor was biased.The supervisor was instructed by the team leader to go with us to clean the old warehouse under his supervisor and he instructed us to load the old roller door in the truck after a month i was by my team leader asking about it and i told her the supervisor instructed us to load it then the supervisor was made company witness and i was the only one who got arrested during winter slept with dirty blankets for nothing.I have case number for that case please im asking for help even today the very same supervisor and team leader they are still after me at work,im working under oppression please im deeply humbly asking for help and the security officer was there when we loaded the roller door he even witnessed that it was not theft and we did not dismantled the roller door pieces of roller door were laying down on the floor. They deny me my docket I was asking for I was told to request it from national office I don't know how. Good evening everyone.....i have a 6months old baby...lost my mom last year...had to make my own way..was living in a room for 3months...got a number by my aunt..this person will help me get a place...i trust my aunt so i thought i could trust the lady she recommended tooo me...little did i know...i had to pay 6months in advance rent..got to the place..geyser not working...toilet broken..bath blocked and the list goes on..the Agent showed me the place with video call...everything look okay..but it is not..2weeks in living here geyser still not working only the front door got a new lock since somebody got in stole some of my things..then they came to fix the problem..can someone please give me advice..the contract is not right i sighed for 6months the agent made it for 1year...he comes back and asked if i can sign again to make it 6months but i don't wnt to sign..how can i get our of the contract..please help...the place even has rats in roof...
