We want to build a house in mpumalanga as our retirement and vacation home. I have a picture of how it must look and the details on what must be included. Need an architect to assist with formal plans. 3beds upstairs, all ensuite (toilet separate with own door) with the master bedroom having balcony. Downstairs, open plan. Double garage, kitchen with laundry at the back of kitchen, dining room and lounge that opens (big sliding doors) to pool area. Beautiful staircase design.
