I need to rewire circuit breakers and install a timer switch in my outdoor electrical box located at the swimming pool. It controls the pool pump. See attached photos. We are selling our house and need to get a COC certificate, but the previous owners did a messy and elegal job of the wiring and falsified the COC certificate. Also the underground plumbing is done, but the inside fittings (except for the toilet) needs to be done. I won’t be using a geyser, but rather want in instant heater. There seems to be a pipe that is blocked which is connected to the toilet piping system outside my house wall. This pipe is next to the drain and as a result when flushing the toilet it makes a certain noise from the pipes of the kitchen sink and sewage overflows from the shower and this is concerning.
