I would like to have a double storey house with 4 bedrooms, double garage, kitchen with scullery, dinning, lounge, 2x bathroom, separate toilets, study room. The estimated budget is R1.2m I am looking for these services: a quote for plan to the approval from the municipality.
In process of buying new house, his busy applying for the bond. So he would like the bond also to include the money for the alterations that he want to do the house. We have built our own home of about sqm, and lived in the house for several years now. The house has a steel flat roof, and with the kids growing up we are wanting to put a loft room on top of the double garage. The thinking is to convert the flat roof on top of the garage to a pitched roof to make room for the loft. So need helping tweaking already approved plans to accommodate a loft room on top of the garage.
