I am interested in obtaining a cost estimate for the revamp to assess the financial implications of this project. The areas requiring attention include: Conversion of wooden floors to tiled floors throughout the entire flat Revamp of the kitchen, including cabinets, stove, sink, and countertops Conversion of the bathroom from a bathtub to a shower, and installation of a new toilet and basin with a washing machine outlet Installation of new wardrobe cupboards in the bedroom Replacement of several windows with aluminum frames, including one on the balcony, one in the bathroom, and one in the kitchen Installation of a new front door and frame with a security gate (non-trellis) As I will be in Durban during July, I would appreciate it if we could arrange a meeting to discuss the details and obtain a comprehensive cost estimate for the entire revamp project.
