It is currently a roller door(old and worn), and the gap above the door does not allow for a folding door. So I need a replacement roller door, powder-coated white. Quote with and without a motor, as we already have a Digidoor motor for the current door. If the motor won't work with your, please state so, thanks (it is a standard width and height single garage door opening)

There is currently prefab walling in place but we wish to remove that and build a brick and mortar wall instead. The fence needs to be detachable to allow a truck to move in and out and lay down materials behind the fence needed for the building of the new brick and mortar wall. We therefore need a temporary fence for the time being to protect us against theft as this is something that has happened twice before and is a major issue. After the brick and mortar wall is finished/built we will need the fence to be removed.
There is a hole in the bottom timber section of double garage door. My husband has taken a look and the wood does not seem to be rotten. I’d like to have someone come to consult to find the most comprehensive security system possible. I have some older cameras and an alarm system in place but I need to upgrade and place beams and additional technology to ensure my home is safe while I’m there and while I’m away. I am not % sure whether my alarm still works properly, need someone to help consult on whether it needs to be repaired or whether it needs to be replaced.
The security measures required consist of the following: 1) 4 x remote monitored CCTV cameras 2) Perimeter intrusion detection system (beams) along the fence to cover four sides 3) 4 x tamper detection devices to be installed on the pole mounted solar panels. 4) 1 x Intruder detection system (door contact) The Site is located approximately 10km north of Rustenburg on the R in Chachalaza next to the Boitekong Community Health Centre.
