Hello. We need help with a road accident. The guilty party T-boned my boyfriend’s car on Corlett drive because he didn’t check oncoming traffic when he tried to cross the road. Now the owner of the other vehicle (the driver’s father) keeps delaying when asked to share any third party insurance details. The accident happened in my boyfriend’s car but he wasn’t the driver, someone else was. His car wasn’t insured. But we do have a witness statement and camera footage of the accident from CAP has been put in evidence lock.
I was arrested and trialed for 3years without bail am out of bail for now.have used 3 lawyers and my last lawyer said he can't come to court after I paid him n left with .he wanted the remaining balance n I said will pay him once the trial date is set.need a lawyer that can assist me going forward I have proof of all payments made and conversation with my lawyer
I bought a stand in Kanana hammanskraal, however the previous owner of the stand had registered for for a RDP house prior me buying the stand. The RDP was never build, because I refused when the RDP builders came. Later after buying the stand he provided me with a tittle deed, which was registered in his name and former partner. How can I change this to my name?

We are trying to cancel a lease agreement under Material breach due to the landlord not doing anything about damp and black mould growing in the house (in less than 6 days of occupation) due to bad construction of the house. After I invested money into my wife's mother's property, she asked for a divorce. I have been a stay at home dad for 3 years as agreed to by my wife. I have also been unemployed for 7 years. We have been married for 2 years and living together for 12 years. We also share a son of 2 years and 5 months old. I have paid for all the furniture in our house and layed done 30 rands for the house we are building on her mother's property. She has her father's property in her name. 1 aker of land with 4 bedroom house and 2 one bedroom flats and a incomplete 1 bedroom flat. I got gifted a car by my brother before 8 months before we got married, she made me sell my car to buy a cheaper car that was more family compatible to family life. My sons father urged me to sell my last year, and then take over the payments on the extra car that he does not use. He then said that i can take over the car and the payments and whrn the car os paid up I can put the car on my name. Things arent working out. Too much emotional abusr amd control. I decided to move out and he then immedialtely shouted that i will not take the carm i have been paying the instalment on the car for almost 7 months. He is now leaving me without a car and no transport to get my son to school and back when he is with me. He says he does not care how my son gets to school when he is with me, all because I am moving out. Calling me names and accusing me of harsh things. He also goes to northern cape one week every month then I would stay with the kids. My son and stepdaughter, and take them to school and fetch them for thst week. So he said i dont have to worry about his daughter (17). She can stay hom by herself that week and he will organise transport for her, but i must make plan with transport for my son as he doesnt care how i het fmy son to school since he will be taking the car back. What can I do
I am Business based in Midrand, in I did Business with a Customer based in Modimolle, I supplied and installed IT equipment through bank finance. The application was processed with All the Customers documents for Finance. After the Installation the Customer requested a cancelation, but refused to pay. My Attorney based in Johannesburg did send a letter of demand. We were threatened with NCR and their after all letters ignored. I require assistance to proceed with summons for an Attorney in that Area.
I have case with sars but it seems like they not taking it serious.. sars has garnished me for thousand i don't know.. I didn't even have tax number for years they claiming i owe them for. I really don't understand because it should show in their records that I didn't receive such amount from them to my personal account.
Last year on the 18th July I was wrongfully arrested of rape and murder ..I was working as a general worker at construction company under municipal tender I was not given a chance to explain my self no interrogation was made I was told that I have killed and raped ..I was charged and later on the 20 July I was joined by 3 unknown males they said they are my co accused on the matter..now the matter is withdrawn but it was dropped ..I am % sure that I am innocent I know nothing about that case ..please I need your assistance
