Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
We have had a solar system installed in our club house and require it to be connected to the club house DB board. The club house has never been on municipal power and only had a generator. There would be some additional connections needed such as one of the out buildings to the DB board and the booster pump for the water supply.

Hi I please need quotes on rewiring a 3 bedroom house and getting the db board up to code. The house was ransacked years ago and not only was the electricity meter stolen, but a lot of the wiring also. The house however is still connected to the electricity grid, but is apparently not up to standard in order to have a new meter installed. Thanks

Repair plaster cracks & structural cracks Hairline cracks to 0.2mm apply 1 coat HIP Primer and fill with parapet water proofing Cracks to 2mm rake out crack line and treat as above Cracks above 2mm chop out and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary float a damp proof bonding slurry to repair and level damaged plaster Structural cracks chop out to full depth and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary express an expansion joint into structural crack repairs Waterproof and seal all expansion joints and any plaster lip joints Waterproof and seal all parapets and horizontal reveals with Waterproofing Crack repairs and waterproofing where required on all other vertical and horizontal surfaces. We have a very old 3 bedroom house that has not been lived in for 40 years. It's a square meter house. The house's electricity runs off a super old diesel generator. We want to extend an existing 3 phase connection with about 15 meters (and drill through 3 walls). We need to connect 3 normal ovens and stove top units (probably about 8kw) + 1 deck oven ( like this: https://www.absolutecateringequipment.co.za/product/single-deck-oven/) to this three-phase connection (in a separate circuit box). If we can add a meter to measure what is being used in this three-phase extension (in that circuit box), this would be good. We also need to know if this extension might require a higher amps circuit breaker on the existing connection.

install 9 double plug points chasing has been done, we will supply plugs, install 4 light switch points, most wiring is done new outdoor double plug we will supply 3 ceiling fans with remote control in existing lights 2 new single plugs in kitchen for extractor fan and ignition on gas oven, chasing done, we will supply plugs new junction box in bedroom ceiling some extras this job is very urgent as we were let down
1 Main bedroom (3 walls and 1 wall with window). 3 standard bedrooms (2 walls, 1 wall with window and 1 with wardrobes). Passage both sides. Living room (3 walls and one with sliding door). Reception room (3 walls and one with double window). Dining room (3 walls and 1 with window). Study room the size of a single garage (3 walls and 1 with window). Ceilings fir all those rooms. Ceiling needs some fixing. I need an estimate quote. Most of the walls are currently Grey and need to paint them cream or a homely color. Need quote to include the cost of the paint.
