We need to repaint a carport. The roof is coverd with standard IBR .The size is 6m wide and 33m long The top and bottom of the carport needs to be cleaned from rust and painted 1 coat red oxide and 2 coats acrylic roof paint. the roof structure also needs to be cleaned and re-painted we need an estimate to put in our budget for the financial year Please supply different rates for cleaning, paint, labour to be able to compare apples with apples on the different quotes of contractors
We have a 7 Year Old Double Story Home on a Farming Estate. We have over the past 5 years bought and replaced some furniture in and around our home, however, are really needing the assistance of a professional to give us some sketches and interior design ideas on the layout of rooms, how to utilize certain spaces as well as assistance with ideas for paint and furnishings to give the house a makeover.

Do preparation on damp walls and plaster cracks prior to painting. A total of 22 flats (double storeys) external paint only, including 10 window frames per flat and +- 23 safety gates. Palisades of approximately x . meters needs to be painted as well. Yard walls +- meters x 1.2 meters high to be included. All paint and accessories being bought already so only will be labour price required.
