Hi We would like to extend one side of the townhouse out by about 2 meters. It’s the side of the house with the kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms and main bedroom so this would be making these rooms bigger. Please see attached photo. We would like to add a covered patio with built in braai stand on the other side of the house which would be approximately 6 x 2 meters. 1. Build a wall in the back yard from cement blocks 6m x 2m. 2. Fill the gravel place with concrete in the back yard near the wall above. 3. Break down room wall 1 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 4. I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house.
