I am enquiring regarding a plan of the property as the city of cape town do not have an existing plan in their archives of this property. I need a plan to be made from scratch as I need to make some extentions on this property. Thanks

Well I have a rough sketch that I would like to present or send to you where I will first will have to start with a single garage with a back bedroom and a bathroom. The plan must be designed with an intention to extend later. I have attached a proposed plan but if we can start with the garage and the master bedroom with the bathroom. but we will discuss other things later.

A small tasting room, that can be converted from a winter area into a summer area, with glass panels facing the mountain. To be self sufficient on electricity with solar panels and also have a toilet facility and a single-level. Also in addition a wine storage area that can be kept cool, and a basic parking area.
We propose buying land from an existing owner and developing the vacant section of the land by erecting four three bed roomed two bath roomed homes which we will sell off, subdivision and a church building and car park. 4 houses/subdividing into 6 houses.
