He was friendly. But unfortunately did not fix the problem and when asked to come back he made promises but never arrived to fix the problem. I will not use Tony again.
He did not come back to fix the tap in the shower. He said he would but everytime he made an appointment, he never arrived and had an excuse as to why every time. Problem still not fixed. I will never use him again.
