We have bought a newly renovated stand alone house in Craighall. it has 4 bedrooms, two lounges and a dining room. My wishes: to have the home professionally decorated into a stylish, but comfortable home. It needs to be homely, but not basic. I generally like the traditional classic look but this house has modern elements and hence my need for assistance so that it doesn't look confused. The look needs to be sophisticated, but also functional because we have a toddler and family may still grow. Obviously it needs to be cost effective. Expectations: Never having used the services of interior design before, I am expecting collaboration on ideas, advise and sourcing right through to seeing to delivery and staging of the furniture and pieces. I’m looking for someone who can understand small spaces and maximize the use of it. Looking for simple, exquisite, modern And functional design. Have a small space so need it to be homely and practical and have the necessities. It’s currently a bachelor pad and need it to be more livable since we’re now spending more time at home.

I have recently bought a house that needs a face lift. It is currently a 3 bedroom place but looking into turning it into en-suite bachelor flats with kitchenettes. This renovation will involve putting up a 2 dividing dry walls and construction of 2 bathrooms and 3 kitchenettes. I prefer email communication.
Good day, I am considering to buy a house. Single level, approx m2. The current roof is very shallow compared to it's neighbours. There is also a mysterious leak that appears only once in a while. The shingles do look a bit worn as well. I was wondering how much it would cost to build a new roof in order to make it steeper with good insulation. Thank
Hello! Area above two bathrooms allows water to enter next to the wall. Flat roof with gutters on it. Main roof were fix 3+ years ago but this 5m stretch starting to create problems. <10 m2 urgently; maybe need update bigger area as well. Don't think this job is very big as a start and will take max a few hours. Thanks!

I just need my apartment to look awesome inside, i don't have furniture at the moment but I am willing to know how to put in some furniture with the help of a designer, because my dinning room is together with the sitting room, so i need to know what to do in those two places downstairs, and upstairs i need to change the color of my closet they yellow so i need to know what color can i use to all three bedrooms, and also on my two bathrooms change can i do for the mirrors and those three sinks.
Area want to cover is approximately 6x6 meters. It is a brick paved stoep area which would be attached to the house on two sides. Would like a quote for either a white or pearl polycarbonate roofing sheets of fairly good quality or a alluminium louvre roof. We have just removed the previous pollycarb roofing sheets as they were cracked and damaged.
My roof is largely slab and IBR. It is therefore a combination of IBR and concrete slab. One side of the house has what is called Parapet roof. About a year ago I paid a contractor to re-waterproof the the whole roof. They applied the burn-on layer on the concrete slab and they used the membrane and resin on the rest. Unfortunately it is still leaking and I am unable to get them back to repair it. They promise to come but they never do. it has been those promises for quite a long time now. I am now trying to get another service provider to deal with as I am worried that the spring and summer rains are just weeks, if not days away.
