The people who fixed it previously then came back and advised me that my pool has a sink hole. So they dug up the pool and ever since then, they never came back. Pool has been left in that condition ever since.

There is an existing smaller bachelor pad in front of one of the double garage bays that opens into the garage. We want to extend it into that garage bay taking roughly another 3 meters of space to create a bigger bachelor pad. There is already a preexisting toilet and shower that is workign and functional as well.
