Extend my lounge to include an en-suite with a separate entrance with sliding doors opening to to patio and separate entrance to the room , with roof tiles - about 25sqr meters. Then another extension from my bedroom into a walk in closet/study. Adjacent to that is an en-suite with a separate entrance using a sliding door, leading into our garden. Extension of front boundary brick fence and gate installed. House 2. Main house-Remodeling of the kitchen. The kitchen wall is to be removed. Few windows and doors to be changed. Refit roof beams in the play area. Guest area- new kitchenette. Demolish the existing braai and wall and add another room. Extension of a double garage.
