When the sink tap is closed after the dishes are washed, there is consistent gurgling/dripping sound in the pipe for 15 seconds. Thereafter, everytime the tap is opened or closed the sound re-appears. We used drain cleaner, as instructed. The initial blockage seems to be clear but the sound after tap is closed persist. The maintenance guys on the estate tried but little success. Any suggestions!!!

I've been summoned to to court for reckless and negligent driving on the 17th of this month (Friday). Originally I was led to assume my membership with Scorpion legal was covering me but after yesterday's call I found out I was not, hence why I'm contacting you guys so late. I was on my way from the Rayton toll gate approaching Bronkhorstspruit, when I was followed by an unmarked white BMW and as I'm driving a high risk car I panicked and attempted to pull away from them until they eventually lit their blue lights close the the bronkhorstspruit on ramp. I was then escorted to the station and charged for reckless and negligent driving and given a bail of R. Mmy daughter wasn't well so I explained that i still have to drive to KZN, Richards Bay and as I did not have cash on me at the time I was then escorted by the police officers to the ATM to withdraw the bail money.

I have just moved into an apartment at Ilala Ridge Estate and need to have the sliding windows serviced. Some of them I can slide upwards and some are really difficult to slide up or down. Im married in community of property but the wife want to claim everything. I built the house alone.She did not work and helped me. I moved out of the house 14 months ago due to her emotional abuse.
