I financed a secondhand car on the 18th of march,apparently the car seems to have body fillers and signs repaint that shows it was in a minor accident.i asked the salesman before drove off they said the car is accident free.the car engine is shacking and has weird sound coming from the dashboard and engine. I tried taking the car back and cancel agreement for false information on day 6 they refused to take it back and even now I’m driving the car as is since they told me that I have to wait for the ombudsman for response as I filed a case with miosa the past 3 months. I also saw discrepancies they made on my expenses to calculate affordability if not mistaken they are incorrect.about a month ago the car began to have a problem when starting sometimes it wouldn’t. My husband was requested to come to police station on wednesday they detained him he appeared on thursday 24th july and was sent to polsmor fir 7 days for bail application. My dad who made this case would like to withdraw it and have of possible an order to grant him to book into a rehab facility the rehab is aware and waiting on his arrival
I was dismissed on the 24th of July .. I have worked for the company for 13 years . On January the 1st I went on maternity and returned on the 2 May , during this absence I was transferred to another branch without my consent to return and be dismissed 2 months later.i have a 5 months baby which I was breastfeeding but because of the stress during suspension I could nolonger produce milk.

I already had case, but the settlement agreement was breached. I need legal assistance as they didn't pay out correct amount and my reference agreed apon was also breached when new employer phoned to get reference, I have in writing where they don't refer me and this was part of my settlement agreement.
