My cousin who fought with my sister open a case for me since I was trying to stop them by beating both of them on their feet since we were tired of stoping them.my sister was is jail for 2 days. They were suppose to take me as well but the copes they didn’t find me at my house. Then when I get the massage the following day I went to labour to someone who’s inchange of the case then he took my statement.now I’m hearing stories that the police they are looking for me to take me to jail.

Its a matter with the housing tribunal. My tenant, went to them with a complaint that I was overcharging for electricity. The lease was fixed for 1 year, has not been on the property since mid 02/, just abandoned everything. I had to lodge a complaint with the council,because he owes rental from March, and has never made any contact with me about his payments or property in the unit. I've been Co-Parenting with the father of my first born daughter via a Co-Parenting plan, and he's breached many of the agreements and terms of our Co-Parenting plan. He also keeps lying and infringing on my rights as my daughter's mother. Doing things like with-holding school information, letting his girlfriend sign on the mother's details of her school forms, lying to me about parenting meetings, etc. He immediately disregards my opinions when it comes to my daughter's well-being, and refuses to bring her to see/visit me, even when I've offered to compensate for his petrol, yet agrees whenever my ex partner asks him. The list is endless and I have proof via WhatsApp messages and pictures of my daughter's school documentation. I need help.
I received a letter from another company representative accusing my company of staling their clients and harrasing their staff. Which it's not true. I want that company to give me proof on what clients Yi stole from them, as I have proof of my clientele, and also proof that I harass their staff and them. She has not issued me with the reasons for her defence and the due date is tomorrow, 17 July . I need a lawyer to assist me with a debt case i have with FNB. I was without a job since feb , and got behind on my payments. They sent me a mail that Rule 46 (1) (a) (ii) was initiated. I did in the meantime get a job and will be starting soon and will be able to pay more that the original installments. I have to note that i did miss payments, but my only income is very low.
