Hello, I would like to renovate our penthouse/loft apartment in Fresnaye. It is a large open space (35 m2) with sleeping area, open plan bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen and living area. All the walls and the ceiling should be painted white. The toilet should be separated from the rest of the room with a drywall+door. Part of the kitchen is to be demolished and disposed of.
