Morning. I hve been employed with these same company since i have never been registered anywere now the company want to dismiss me without any cent. And the company stil have my salary for outstanding since they promise to pay me till date. I stil hve the company vehicle I'm afraid if they reposes it thats final I will jst walk away with nothing
Married for 37 years, three adult children. Married in community of property. Husband Director of company and has shares and four house only one bonded. I worked from Age 16 to 51 when I was retrenched in , impossible to find employment. I do t have funds but I need help with the settlement he has sent to me. He will pay for the divorce in full. I'm a Malawian national residing in Port Elizabeth....I lost my wife who was a south African citizen....we were ligally married in my country....in .. And obtain a spousal permit to stay in south Africa....she passed on the the same year...she left with me baby boy 3 months of age by then. Two years down the line my visa expired and after another 2 year if I'm correct my passport expired. My a south African with my surnames.....Currently he receiving financial support from the momentum insurance company...more especially school fees and a monthly amount for his upkeep....what can I do to be safe and maintained my legal status...ple advise...I arkeady applied for a passport renewal. Via the Malawi consulate or embassy...but because of finances I'm struggling to go and ammend my passport...please advise....And the worst scenario is that the insurance company said is that if I leave the country they won't be able to continue with providing financial support to the child yet he is a beneficial lyrics. What must I do to legalize my stay.. Please advice.
I've been living in Capricorn beach estate for 7 yrs and I have been going through an ongoing financial abuse from the board of trustees up until this day been pushed back and fought with " court orders although I made payments each time I had to pay but neve resulted in any positive outcomes and now experiencing the same issue that has been draining my resources and needs of professional support. I have been truly struggling for 7 Years to get divorced. I need help but can’t afford to pay massive amounts. My own lawyer tells me I can’t go to court if I can’t give the advocate a deposit. I need to get financial help from my ex but he pretends to be jobless. I owe my laywers almost k - nothing has been done to show my ex is emptying all our finances, manipulating me and our kids Financilly. I have Supoena’s for all his bank accounts, the facts is clear that he is lying about his FDF’s still my laywers tell me it’s too risky to go to court
I am currently having issues with the body corporate, as I have refused to pay the monthly levies due to the exuberant amount of bogus charges. My levy statement was handed over to a collection agency, and the collection agency never got in touch to notify me that my statement has been handed over to them. They started charging different amounts under the terms of legal and collection fees initiated against me before they got in touch by email. I did promise to pay what I currently owe the body corporate and the interest charged, but the legal cost is where I draw the line. Last week, I saw an email from the collection agency that was sent in March saying the legal cost can be addressed separately if I give them an urgent indication on how I intend to settle the arrears, but the email had gone into my spam folder. I did reply back that I missed his email, but I intend to settle half of the arrears if the legal costs can be ruled out, and he has not replied to my email and phone calls since July 10th
After more than year, hoping banks would, we have received little help from them. The SAPS investigation is still ongoing, with three more cases up north still to be investigated, this will only take place in July of this year. In the mean time we have maxed out our funds. The problem has arisen now, is ABSA want their money back, I have tried dept review company, the back payment is good, but the payback payments long 54 months, and I have started using my Retirement Annuity, which would only last 2yrs, then will have to use our SASSA grants for living expenses. I need assistance to try a get our bank to understand our situation.
Already reported to ccma with no assistance. First arbitration hearing unresolved. Second arbitration case still awaiting date. First got demoted then suspension without documents, then reduced salary. No disciplinary for suspention. Still not returned to work but getting retrenched on ground of my position at company is redundant. Severage package worked out on reduced salary
