A sliding door will be installed after the veranda. When the door is installed, the step needs to be adjusted by a builder and the plastering around the frame has been completed. In fact, the veranda needs to be re-done. Note: This is a very small job it does not need building contractors. Please feel free to contact me for more info.
Hi there I'm looking to replace my traditional windows in two rooms in our home with double glazed. I'm based in Radiokop, Jo'burg. The dimms are: cm (w) x cm (h) INSIDE of that are three smaller windows: Left - 46cm (w) x Centre - 54cm (w) Right - 46cm (w) Obviously those could be replaced by whatever is the best option in your opinion, but would still need to have some opening windows there. Replacement for hinged old double wooden doors with cottage pane windows. cm high wide and about 20 cm depth of the wall. Considering aluminium replacement. Prefer NOT just full plain glass from a security perspective BUT will consider it as an option, please. What hinged options do you have? Not a supporter of sliding doors from a security perspective alone. Security of the door is key, the nature of the door itself, the security of locking, etc. House has a lot of wooden cottage panes! I need to remove and reinstall 2 of my aircons, between 2 houses. Dining room & main bedroom. I need to do an exchange. From one free standing house to another free standing house We are moving houses, our current house has new aircons, we are moving to another house where old aircons are installed. We would like to exchange these aircons between the houses and move into our new house with our new aircons & move our old aircons to our current house.
The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks.
