i would like to add 2 more bedrooms, enlarge the existing 2 bedrooms to make them spacious, and make room for fitted closets / in built or fitted cabinets and ensuite batheroom, enlarge the dining or remove dividing wall between dining n existing kitchen to allow room for open plan, extend kitchen a bit to allow for the island. something like that....

The carport will be standalone unless otherwise advised. The current space available for the first is about the length of two VW polo (Hatch), not sure about the length meter-wise.
