A 3 room precast (morden) house with tiles, 2 separate bathrooms (bove and toilet), big space for the kitchen, big circular bulbs. On walls I'd like White and Grey, for the doors Dark brown. Cardboards done in the kitchen. Outside after the dinning room there should be a varande with smooth tiles (Grey colour) and short steps ahead. Morden designed windows .

Hi, we are in the process of buying a house that needs renovation. We would like to renovate the flatlet - remove carpets and retile and update the kitchen cupboards. We need to fix some of the wall cracks and paint the house and the flatlet. Replace windows and sliding doors with black frames. I'm buying a stand in Centurion, either at Du Vin estate or I need a quation first before I can decide on the stand. I have a picture of a plan. I want the house to be sqm, the stand is sqm - sqm. This is for a 3 bedroom, double garage, 2 baths and open plan kitchen, lounge & dining with a patio. I need a contractor that can help me with the conception of this plan. This includes NHBRC enrollment, site establishments, structural and architectural assistance and of course the building itself.
