Apologies, I work night shift so during the day, it's hard to get hold of me. I am looking for a good price, for catering, we are actually only 12 people, but I wanted to do a spit braai, but in knowing the cater for 20 people, otherwise I am looking for a braai menu. I reside in Waverley.
Spit braai for family of approximately 30 guests. Chairs to be provided with cutlery and crockery. Back yard set up. Option of meat and potatoes only as i will make the salads, roasted veg and dessert, due to dietary requirements. Based in Kempton Park.
We need dinnner on the 18 August, menu Pap , beef and Chicken for those who do not eat beef , 1 vegitable and a drink.
1x Platter of wings 1x Platter of drumsticks 1x Platter of white bread sandwiches of cheese/tomato/lettuce and chicken mayo 1x Platter of brown bread sandwiches as per above fillings 20 x Bottle water 10x fizzy drinks 10x fruit juice
