How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
Good day, we have a plot in mind that we may consider purchasing. The erf size is square meters. The prototype/house-ground gross area is .32square meters.. We would like estimates for costing as a guideline as to what it will cost to build. We looking at a 3bedroom, 2bathroom, open plan kitchen lounge/dining room and garage.
Good day I live in a rural area Klipfontein mission Station. Land is undeveloped, there are some brick houses, Wendy houses but mainly zinc houses. I live in a house made off zinc, between - sqms. My company is offering funding for housing assistance but I need a quote for building material which could be for brick, zinc, prefabricated panels or a wooden house. My company will then approve one of the quotes for the work to be done. No plans will be required as this is land owner based dwellings. Your assistance would be much appreciated.
We are looking to change our current auditors of 20 years due to changed circumstances. The current work consists of: 1. Income tax return (SAAFFI is tax exempt) in June/July 2. Submission of the annual NPO report (written by us) to the department of Social Development 3. Preparation of the annual financials and signing off once approved by the AGM in mid January. SAAFFI does not employ anyone so there is no PAYE or UIF etc.
We need a company that specialises in small businesses. We had a book keeper consultant but find they are not giving us the service we need. We will require someone to assist our admin lady in understanding how to do the VAT returns and then a service that does our tax returns etc and can guide us on all the financials. Ground floor: an entrance patio that leads to the kitchen and a formal lounge that has a patio, then there’s a passage and when you enter the passage on the right there are stairs and next to the stairs there’s a bathroom and on the left there’s a dining room, going down the passage there’s bedroom 1 and 2, and at the end of the passage there’s a master bedroom with an en-suite and a patio, next to it there’s a garage. First floor: going up the stairs on you’ll end up on a passage facing bedroom 3, on the right of bedroom 3 there’s a pyjama lounge with a balcony, on the left of bedroom 3 there’s bedroom 4, opposite bedroom 4 there’s the study and between the study and the stairs there’s a bathroom. The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony.
