Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
Currently my house is two bedroom,two bathroom with toilet.Kitchen and lounge. Want to extended to 3 bedroom with one ensuite.Bathroom with shower n stand alone toilet.Double garage entering into dining area which is joined with open kitchen plan.Laundry area.
