Sars is unfair. I was detained in July the police attached the Sars evidence documents. The case was dismissed by the court 2 years after. Meanwhile I had been in communication with Sars asking for a revise because they inflated my tax costs. I still have the documents but they refused to resolve. I then decided not to do their returns. I would love to get a professional proficient organization to assist me in engaging Sars to resolve the impulse. Thank you
Tenant not paying rent on time consistently. Sent them a notice of breach per the lease agreement to be settled within 7 days. They only part paid the rent. Will enter the 20 day period for subsequent remedy. Would like a formal letter to be sent to either pay the rent or vacate the premises on termination of the agreement.
I was in a dispute with my employer ,now I have taken my case to Labour court for Review ,on Section 73A...I had another case for Unfair discrimination against my illness, it was referred Bargaining council, they said not in their jurisdiction, I had a sexual harassment case, commissioner advised me to withdraw my Unfair Labour practice case to sexual Harassment, I told her it happened in ,I had evidence in all my cases, the employer's witnesses admit I'm on I.O.D, but forcing the pillar process, we are a few colleagues that are in the same situations...
I was served with divorce papers March and signed them on the 3rd of March but even to date I haven't heard anything from the other party,I have the papers as proof with me and I would really love to be helped with this matter and resolve it once and for all so that I can move on with my life
I would like to close the company as I no longer make money with it, however SARS has sent me a letter stating that they have information that my company is operating and has monetary transactions taking place whereas it is not the case. I am unable to prove this as the business bank account affiliated is not active and has probably been handed over to lawyers for not having paid back a loan. The bank said they would only be able to retrieve statements if there is a letter from SARS requesting the information.
I have been looking for someone to do my taxes, however my three nationalities complicates things a bit. I am a citizen in Germany, South Africa and The United States. I only started working this year for the government as a community service veterinarian. I received a protection order last year at work the Lady says I bully her and they team up with her friend against me, I was going to the court the whole last year, they give MTN to investigate those numbers we didn't get response till today, I make my own investigation take to court but they didn't bother looking at it or further the investigation now I received a letter of court order which say I need to not around this lady, I also sent my Protection order towards her because ever since we attending the court she was very abusive to me she made sure when I'm alone she does all those things. I was not happy about the court addressing at all I see the magistrate was biase towards me
