Currently its 87ms so i wanna extend the garage by 4m to the right then make it a double storey the top to be around 50ms to wanna make an open plan carport next ti bedrooms with the roof attached to the house and have boundry wall and add swimming pool.

Extension of the existing house.
I would like to renovate a non functional 3bed house. The 3 bedroom house has 2bedrooms on the right side, one in the middle. I wanna * move the 2 bedrooms to the left side, 1 must be ensuite *make a double garage on the right side where the bedrooms were * and a backroom or 2 the back if there's enough space There is no existing plan
Project in early stages of planning. NPO being registered still. Existing structure in Bokkie park will be extended out towards the dam. same dimesions as existing structure. 21m long by 6m wide. We will enclose existing structure and build kitchen and bar. Extension will be enclosed carport basically with big sliding door openings facing dam. This will be for seating. On the far end next to bathroom a office and additional bathroom will be constructed. All bricks for walls and IBR sheeting for roof. Existing roof does need some patching.

We have a cottage on our property that was once a garage. It has a bit of a strange design currently and we are looking to improve it. We want to make a bedroom by dividing the bathroom (which is currently huge) and also put a door and window at the back of the cottage to lead outside into a courtyard/deck garden. The new bedroom and new bathroom would also need windows put in. The current style is cottage windows and we would like to keep this style (but need to factor in security). The outside area is currently a wood store, so we need to build the deck and pergola and create a nice outside area. Drainage would need to be put in to ensure water doesn't collect from the mountainside. We would like our kitchen improved significantly. We would also like our bathroom redesigned and improved. We have a limited budget. There is a security concern from the back of the cottage (which we think is why there haven't been doors or windows inserted before) and we need to fence off the back area and screen it off from the mountain so that people can't see into the property, so we are also looking to put screening up (probably latte fencing). There is an existing gate that leads to the mountain, which is currently a security concern, but we would like to keep this if possible, but make it more secure. We would love to hear from builders about ways to approach this project - quoting on the full job, and also advising, if necessary, on a phased process, if we do not have all of the necessary capital immediately. We would be looking to start the project in May. We hope to have the project finished by September . I don't think we need building plans as we aren't changing the shape of the shell of the building.
I just moved into my house November , so there is a lot of work to be done. All floors needs to be done with tiles. Built in cupboards for both the kitchen and rooms. The ceiling needs to b done, new doors and windows, paint both interior and exterior, plus paving for the outside. New lights, a new sink etc
Good Day, I am looking for someone that can assist with a boundary wall - I either need the current vibacrete wall to be removed and install a new 1.8 m vibacrete wall or have a normal brick wall built around the property. This is for a children's home that we are assisting in getting their security upgraded. Thank you
