Starting the work was delayed by a week and then came on site for 4 hours and now working on another job for the last week. He has indicated to return at end of this week. My work is 25% complete!

We have water pooling in our back yard and front yard after heavy rains. The water stays for about 3 days after each rain due to slow drainage, and is about half a meter deep. We are wanting a quote to see how much it would cost to put in a drainage system, or how best to rectify the pooling. The start date would depend on costs, our budget, ect.

I want to do full renovations on the kitchen and the bedrooms. Boundary wall busy collapsing. Need to be broken down and rebuild and a build in braai. My wall in the back corner of my home between my neighbours home and mine is busy falling apart. There is a banana bush in the corner of my plot that is now pushing onto the wall and causing the wall to fall apart. This is a bit of an emergency since my neighbour has small kids and if the wall collapses, it could be a big issue.

Verandas of about 80 sqm needs stoep resurfacing. Tiling of another sqm indoors including 3 bathrooms . About 45sqm of roof rafters and zincalum to be replaced and painted green. About sqm of painting. The project will be government funded and from experience it takes about 7 days for invoices to be paid

Perimeter is .9m My client is looking for quotes and I have suggested a medium security 3x4mm clearview fence with square posts to keep out land invaders. Alternate high security as an option would be welcome. The site is inland but does experience damp conditions, please specify metal treatment, powder , galvanised etc. Please also specify options with respect to height.
