I have sample plan to serve as an example. We are planning to rent commercial property that we want to renovate and turn into a radiology medical facility. The property need to be renovated to have a reception area, a waiting area for patients, a kitchen for the staff, a lounge resting area, a room that with small single compartments to allow doctors and other staff to sleep/rest while working overnight/overtime and an office space for the staff We are looking at square metres to spare metre rented facility.
