My partner and I are new home owners who have been keeping up with our home loan payments until . I lost my job and she was the only bread winner. I also tried to help with contract jobs but now I've been unemployed for more than a year. We need help with not losing our first home and live on the streets. Can we pay a reduced payment over a longer period.
I paid lobola of R last year July they her side of the family, did a lobola celebration according to their tswane tradition and my 2 reletives were there. We have not yet went to home affairs to register yet...thank god but I am working in Witbank and she is staying with her mother in Johannesburg also studying....I proposed that she stops school for now n come and stay with me in Witbank as undeliverably so, so she refused and she says she won't do that, she doesn't want kids and says she is not ready for kids. I am paying her school fees since last year may if m not mistaken untill now but she can't come and be a wife to me.
I bought a stand in Kanana hammanskraal, however the previous owner of the stand had registered for for a RDP house prior me buying the stand. The RDP was never build, because I refused when the RDP builders came. Later after buying the stand he provided me with a tittle deed, which was registered in his name and former partner. How can I change this to my name?

We are trying to cancel a lease agreement under Material breach due to the landlord not doing anything about damp and black mould growing in the house (in less than 6 days of occupation) due to bad construction of the house. After I invested money into my wife's mother's property, she asked for a divorce. I have been a stay at home dad for 3 years as agreed to by my wife. I have also been unemployed for 7 years. I have paid for all the furniture in our house and layed done 30 rands for the house we are building on her mother's property. She has her father's property in her name. 1 aker of land with 4 bedroom house and 2 one bedroom flats and a incomplete 1 bedroom flat. I got gifted a car by my brother before 8 months before we got married, she made me sell my car to buy a cheaper car that was more family compatible to family life. I bought the car 1 month before our wedding.
My sons father urged me to sell my last year, and then take over the payments on the extra car that he does not use. He then said that i can take over the car and the payments and whrn the car os paid up I can put the car on my name. Things arent working out. Too much emotional abusr amd control. I decided to move out and he then immedialtely shouted that i will not take the carm i have been paying the instalment on the car for almost 7 months. He is now leaving me without a car and no transport to get my son to school and back when he is with me. He says he does not care how my son gets to school when he is with me, all because I am moving out. Calling me names and accusing me of harsh things. He also goes to northern cape one week every month then I would stay with the kids. My son and stepdaughter, and take them to school and fetch them for thst week. So he said i dont have to worry about his daughter (17). She can stay hom by herself that week and he will organise transport for her, but i must make plan with transport for my son as he doesnt care how i het fmy son to school since he will be taking the car back. What can I do
We are married in community of property, and in terms of assets she build a house at her maternal home with the money she inherited while we are married, She lied to me about her son saying her sons father died while he is alive and mad me raise her son under false pretense that the boy's father died, I want to claim back the money I raised her son with,

We are 80 employees who are seeking legal labour law representation. We are employed by South African Maritime Safety Authority, Marine Special Projects (SAMSA MSP). We are working on Patrol and Research Vessels for the South African Government. The Company we are employed by is an Agency, a division of SAMSA who is a South African Government entity. We have been working onboard these ships since .We sign three years contracts in succession, one after the other, without the prospects of permanency, without provident/pension fund, without medical aid, without any sort of benefits associated with being permanent employees. When you reach 65 years of age, you retire with nothing but your last months salary. We pay tax to SARS, UIF is deducted and only recently a discrepancy was discovered whereby our overtime rate had been at 1,25 for the last 9 years, instead of it being 1,50. Our tax code was changed many years ago, resembling office workers, when we are in fact Seafarers who are working locally, on South African ships, for the South African Government, sailing in South African waters. We feel that our labour law rights are being infringed upon by our Company and the matters of dispute can only be cleared up by going the legal route.
