IRB ,type arrangement, old property, roof slope is insufficient, contribute to the internal leakage.I need advice for either replace roof and modify the slope to allow better water drainage. OUDTSHOORN is area with high temperatures, the external repairs were mostly coating with material fiber, as expect will fail with in due time as result off the temperature changes. I want a permanent guarantee for the propose repairs or replacement.
Remove plastic roof sheets Replace with sink roof sheets either 3m or 3.6 m in length I will buy the material and that will include the sink sheets as well as: 2 x 5 Ltr Cemiflex, 2 x Rolss of mm x 10m membrane, 1 Bag of Portland cement, I therefore require a quote for labour to do this job Thanks
Roof installation to cover patio area with a length of 9 meters and width of 3 meters. Timber structure with a maximum beam span of 5.5 meters. Roof covering, should either be flat polycarbonate sheet or flat acrylic sheet. Roof should preferably be installed below the eaves of the existing roof with a pitch of 7 degrees
The complete roof must be replaced with Diamond ck. A quote for Material and a quote for Installation to complete. All the work. Good day i need some assistance regards to a quotation for my roof . my house is insured by auto/ general The pass winter we had some water leakage from the ceiling and due to the heavy rains it left a hole in the ceiling ,so then we knew that somewhere on the roof there might be a leakage, thats why the water was coming through the ceiling , all our rooms are now moulded , Please can you send someone out to come and give us a quote , regards
Hi. Trust you are well. I require a quote on a carport for the porch area as indicated in the photos. Area approximate size about 4m x 5m. I stay in a complex so estatically it needs to comply with the attached already installed at another unit. (just the 3 grey borders around the edges). Down pipe for water is also a requirement. The roof is leaking, upon my inspection i discovered that that the tiles are not even. When is raining heavily that is when the leaking is taking place. I suppose that the roof tiles needs to be fixed and be places in a correct way. the project can take one day to be fixed because is a small portion.
Good morning, I need roof replaced. It has leaked endlessly, and none of the contractors who have patched it have succeeded in keeping it from leaking. We have patched every year, and every heavy rain comes right in. Recently, I requested re-roofing quotes from a number of contractors, and every single one refused to quote on re-roofing and quoted instead on torch-on and other patchwork solutions (which I explicitly asked not to receive). Please do not do this when you quote me! I find it disrespectful. I know that the problem is predominantly at the pitch change where the gradient becomes shallower. It is a construction flaw, as there is little to no overlap, and there is no flashing under the ridge. A look at any construction manual will make the issue crystal clear. Rather than re-roofing, I would now like a quote on changing the design of the roof. Ideally, I would like to raise the height of the roof to accomodate a single pitch from the apex to the eaves. I know that this requires an architect's involvement. The increased pitch should also accomodate an attic under the apex, so the apex height will need to go up at least 1m. The parapet walls will need to be knocked off to allow for this. Steel trusses may be needed instead of wood, but I am open to suggestions. I am a teacher, so this needs to be a cost-effective solution. I am not looking for a fancy loft, just an attic, and it does not need to cover the entire roof space, only the centre of the room. See attached floor plans. My first thought for roof material is pre-painted green IBR sheets, cut to the exact length, but if thatch, shingle or tile, for example, is more cost effective, I am open to advice. We require a quotation for a fixed-roof carport, with, preferrably translucent carbon-fibre roof sheeting, for 2 cars. Alternatively, please provide us with a quotation of a shadeport, covering 2 cars. We are not yet sure when such a project would start as one has to get used to a missing large, pine tree which had fulfilled the above requirements. ( protection and shade )
