We are possibly looking to rent out our property for a specific period (May – end August ). We are not only looking for someone who is finding a lessee, but someone who looks after the property on a regular basis to make absolutely sure that nothing gets stolen, lost broken and/or damaged. During our absence the maid, garden and pool service would continue to come in on a Monday. Someone must be at the property to let them in. Is that the kind of service you could offer? Finding someone for our property is easy. Looking after it is the difficult part.

The flat is originally a 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms - main bedroom has it own bathroom. I further partitioned the sitting room into additional 2 bedrooms and leave small living area next to the kitchen. I’m renting the rooms separately to different tenants and all rooms are occupied. There is also a WiFi.
Hi I have a commercial/Residential property with 1 flatlet and 6 units all part of one building. I have people living in the flatlet and in unit 1, 3 and unit 4. The property manager lives in the flatlet and she looks after the daily maintenance. The other unit's are for business and storage use.
