7 things to consider when building a carport
Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
I need to build a house for me and my family, I am open to ideas on what might work best.. Ideally have a minimum of 3 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, sitting room, dinning room, a bar, laundry room and a minimum of 3,5 bathrooms 2 door garage with a carport that can fit atleast 2 more cars. Wall fense and braai area next to the bar outside door.
Please give me an indication of your rate per hour and the amount of hours it will take to do the following: Change 1 normal light to an LED floodlight Install one extra LED floodlight 5 meters from the above mentioned light Install a day night switch for the above two lights Install a new LED pool light in the old pool light bracket. Good day, I was hoping to receive some specs and prices on two concrete slabs we need to throw at Hoerskool Nylstroom. The basic requirements of each slab are: Outdoor Access to spot is slightly intricate for a truck but still achievable Each slab needs to support around 2.7-3 tonnes The area of each slab is probably around 5 m^2
I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.

My circuit breaker broke and I initially bypassed it with someone's assistance the bought a new circuit breaker and asked a friend to install it for me. He tried but what he found was that the wiring had been tampered with and all he could do was again bypass but told me to get the help of a professional
A water leak is coming from the first-floor bathroom. It has been leaking consistently for the past 6 months and we need to find out what the source is. Hello I've got the metal roof that still needs to be redone and I'm not sure what type of roof is inside the house it's a normal roof white but I think water somehow went into the roof now it's just sitting there and causing my lights not to work and there's a leak next to the light bulb holder. I just need a quotation to see more or less how much it would cost to repair it.
