Hi, we have a shared driveway with out neighbours and need to install our own gate which will slide past their gate. It must be a gate for two cars side by side so 6-7m wide. We want it build with metal but then wood or nutec panelling or similar Open to expert recommendations or onsite visit. We already have a quote from CapeSteel so no need to ask them, we are just comparing prices. We already have a motor we can use.

Trench and Installation Specifications Trench Dimensions: Depth: mm. Width: mm. Concrete Footing: 25 MPa concrete mix, mm depth. Installation: Pales to be attached using welding. Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment within 5mm tolerances. 4. Gate Specifications Pedestrian Swing Gates: 2 gates, each 3m width x 1.8m height. Material: Same mild steel specification as fencing. Lock: Padlockable latch provided. 5. Additional Requirements Site Preparation: Clear vegetation and debris, ensure level ground for trenching. Waste Management: Dispose of non-recyclable debris in compliance with regulations. Coating Application: Apply primer and two coats of brilliant green paint to the entire fence and gate structures. 6. Labor and Equipment TLB Excavation: Required for trenching. Welders: Required for welding pales, rails, and gate frames. Painters: Required for anti-corrosive coating. Foreman/Site Supervisor: Required to oversee the project. General Labor: Required for trenching, concrete work, and general assistance. 7. Estimated Timeline Total Time on Site: 10-15 working days (depending on site conditions and team efficiency). Team Size: 8-12 workers (skilled and unskilled labor). 8. Key Notes Profit Margin: Include a 15% profit margin in the quotation. VAT: Include 15% VAT in the final price. Scrap Value: Offer to purchase removed fencing at market value or deduct scrap value from the total cost. Good morning, Can you please advise your call out fee to assess the problem with our large slider gate. It doesn't always open or close properly. The two guide rubbers for the gate are worn and the track that it runs on (the track was extended when we fitted the gate) may need to be bolted into the ground a bit more. Can you whatsapp me to advise the call out fee and then we can take it from there ? I don't answer my phone during office hours but I do pick up whatsapps.

I require a shade port for two vehicles to be installed in front of the garage. I would prefer no poles to be used as the structure can be secured directly to the two walls of the buildings adjacent. Dimensions are 6.00m (width) x 4.70m (length). A small 10cm space will be necessary between the entrance door wall and the shade port to accommodate pipes.

Hi, we currently have swing gates in the driveway and want to convert to sliding gate. Would you be able to give us a quote on a gate and also we would obviously need to change our motor, the motor is still in excellent condition so maybe we could look at working that into the quote? It would be a triple tandem, with aluminium roofing, mounted to the walls with 3 lights installed. It would replace the existing carport roofing and close off the bottom end with another garage door (the installation could be done by the garage door supplier if this isn’t a service provided by you) . The carport is currently accessed through a single curb-side garage door.
Good day. Fence for around two houses and outbuildings. 60xx60xm x high or even high I don't know Wich is the best. 3 km from Mooinooi police station on Barnardsvlei road. Two sliding gates one manual and other motorized. Both gates 10m from power and one pedestrian gate. Any ideas welcome.
