I am a Belgian national, resident in Portugal, receiving monthly rental income (approx R12k pm) which is paid in full into a Nedbank non-resident account. I need to declare the income and pay the associated income tax. Basically, there are 12 receipts with all expenses deducted - so no purchases although it is conceivable that there may be at some point. Some consideration of non-resident status is required although I believe I do have a SARS non-resident tax number. Please assist
