I had to call him back three times because the valve and thermostat leaked and there was a pipe he forgot to install.
Good morning,I would say I was called in two times the first was when I was not able to notice that there was another hot water pipe to be connected for the other side of the bath room, then I came back immediately after I just received the call from the Claint and connect the pipe and did an inspection with the handyman for all buildings,the second call came in the next day and the leak came from the plastic stoper that is given with the Geyser from the manufacturer.meaning the leak was from the manufacturer side not me,but I took the stopper out and installed a galvanized stopper and the geyser was working 100%fine. On the Thermostat there was no problem at all the owner of the house said to me and the handyman that the geyser is too hot and it was set on standard 55° digress he wants it on 35 digress so we had put it on 35.tge next morning they woke up with loadshedding and the geyser was already set to 35 digress mean they didn't have hot water because of that then we had to put the thermostat back to 55 digress which is the standard setting on the thermostat.but I am very happy that I came back and did my work accordingly as I always do with my term.
