I paid a deposit of RK for a property owned by the estate agent trust account only to find out when it came to transfer of the house that the house still belonged to the bank and was auction off by the bank to recover the money.The PPRA told me I have no claim as the trust fund was not registered with the LPC .The case went to court but only the Trust fund was summons and not the agent who is the principal of the trust.The agent still go on with his business and I'm stranded waiting for someone to help me

(I'm currently using Thingwala with my Geyserwise Max system. 2nd Geyser to be installed so that hot water flow from the one geyser to the other one at night. The area above a triple garage is currently open-air balcony of 72m2 (9x6m). I want to enclose it and pit a roof over it. This will need a brick wall of 6+6+9m to about 70cm high, then folding sliding windows to roof height, and a braai area in one corner. Roofing should be able to withstand high coastal winds and support solar panels. The ceiling to be wood. Roof is flat with guttering going to a new rainwater tank.

Married for 37 years, three adult children. Married in community of property. Husband Director of company and has shares and four house only one bonded. Since Monday, there has been a loud vibrating/clanking noise coming from the roof space whenever water is flowing. The noise occurs with both hot and cold taps and continues for the duration of toilet refills, stopping as soon as the water flow stops. I inspected the roof space and identified a component attached to the water line that physically vibrates while water is running. I have attached a photo of the component.
