The whole report from the family advocate is fabricated to suit my ex girlfriend, this could be that all are female and are speaking the same language whereas I speak a different language from them and have favored my ex girlfriend. I’m they did not consider to look at my proof nor give a chance to prove my allegations against her.
I am currently in the middle of a contested divorce that has unfortunately been dragging on since March . I already have legal representation, but I am not satisfied with the service provided there has been a lack of communication, several delays, and ongoing uncertainty about the progress of my case. To date, a settlement agreement has been drafted, and I was advised that it had been shared with the other party. However, I have received no further feedback from my current attorney regarding whether the settlement was accepted, or if a court date is required to proceed further. I have had to do all the follow-up myself, and despite repeated requests for clarity, no proper updates have been provided. At this point, I am exploring the option of appointing a new attorney who can assist in moving this matter forward with urgency. Please note the following: No assets Only debt and retirement savings to discuss Children involved (19 and 12 years old both studying) No support from the father since i moved out at the end of November

I was debarred in December under the FAIS Act for honesty and integrity concerns, pleaded guilty, and have since completed my FAIS credits and obtained character references. Old Mutual, the FSP, has provided written confirmation to proceed with the upliftment. I now need legal assistance to bring an unopposed High Court application to uplift the debarment.
I was requesting the school to provide me with a transfer letter for my son and they said they need both parents consent. The father is refusing, with no logical reasoning. My son’s performance has dropped drastically. I’m requesting to transfer because 1. My son wakes up very early to go to school (4am) and comes back home at 4pm. 2. I have relocated to Midrand due to work. 3. The father hasn’t been able to cover basic things such as school uniforms. 4. I struggle to get hold of my son when he’s with his father.
Good day, I am writing to seek your advice and guidance regarding a concerning situation involving my ex-partner and our 10-year-old child. We were in a 13-year relationship that ended in February . We are co-parenting our child, with a mutual agreement regarding shared custody. We co-own a house, where he resides, and I currently live in a rented house. I pay 30% of the house bond, and he pays 70%. We split school and aftercare fees 50/50. I have suffered emotional and mental abuse during and after the relationship. I am worried about his ongoing emotional and mental manipulation towards me and potentially towards our child. I have evidence of his behavior in the form of screenshots of conversations, call recordings, and recordings. A recent incident on August 7, , has heightened my concerns. I had a work function and arranged to pick up our daughter from a him around 7 pm. He made repeated calls during the event, which I didn't answer due to his tendency to make unpleasant remarks. When I arrived at the family home around 7:30 pm to pick up our daughter, he made accusations about me not putting our child first and refused to give me the child, claiming she was sleeping. After some back-and-forth, he "woke" our daughter to go with me, but then convinced her to stay overnight. I left and went to a local sports bar with coworkers for a drink. About 1.5 hours later, he stormed into the sports bar, yelling at me and accusing me of having an affair with a coworker. He took my phone and left. Later, he returned with our daughter, yelling at me and saying she needed to see what her mom was doing, claiming I was a bad mother. He demanded I take her home. This was unsettling, as he refused to let me take her home earlier due to my "lateness" but brought her to the sports bar underdressed in the cold to manipulate me. He claims he was worried about me having an accident, but I believe his actions were manipulative, using our child as a tool. I took our daughter home afterward. I need your advice and guidance on how to navigate this situation, considering the emotional and mental impact on me and potentially on our child. I have evidence of his behavior and am concerned about his ongoing actions. Sincerely,

Dear Mnyengeza attorneys I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out for guidance on a matter concerning my parents' estate. They had a house that was fully paid and placed in an ABSA trust, and they also had a will in place. Following my father's passing, we're working with an executor to administer the estate. However, there's a shortfall due to a third-party claim arising from an accident that occurred before his passing. I'd appreciate your expertise in navigating this complex situation. Could you please advise on the following: - How to address the shortfall and potential implications for the estate - The role of the executor in managing the estate and resolving the third-party claim - Any specific steps we should take to ensure the estate administration process is handled correctly I'd be grateful for any guidance you can provide on this matter.
My husbands brother lent money off a policy that was meant for my husband. He has signed a acknowledgement of debt and agreement to pay R every month(an amount decided by him) but for 2 months he has not paid , we have spoken to him but he's very rude and tells us he doesnt have money. He owns a business in JHB.

My identity is to seek a court order or police case that will allow to go rewind the recording camera at the residence to elucide her forfeiture and helpvme to make my decision as she is showing signs of returning home. But I do not want to accept without knowing what happened at the campus residence. I was tipped off by my 6years old daughter living with her.
