I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.

Small apartment, mainly: 3 office chairs + 2 sitting chairs and one large laying chair, kitchen fridge, mini oven, washing machine, gas cylinder and small gas stove double bed and two trestle tables and 3 small side tables.
