So my lawyer said I must get a quote from architect to draw the plans for us because the previous owner even built the pool himself and its definitely not according to specs . Hi there, hope you can help : Looking for a budget cost please to enclose the open area between the existing bathroom & kitchen (~3m x 4m) - 2 walls exist and the one aluminium /glass sliding door on the RHS. Needed : - concrete roof slab waterproofed; glass & aluminium sliding door, concrete floor slab, 2 x electric plug points & 4 x downlights. The attached is a photo of an existing plan from the previous owner (not yet approved be the municipality) for reference. We are unable to track down the drafting company who did this drawing.
The new build is for a double story, double garage. Downstairs open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room and guest toilet. Deck with built in braai. Upstairs 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one which must be full with shower, bath, toilet and basin. This will be a Nutec house on a solid concrete block. Around squares, excluding garage and deck.
