The project consists of two parts. The first is a garage attached to the house with a garage door. The second part is a boundary wall and gate. We need the current structure dismantled and a new wall erected. The gate will have a small pedestrian gate attached to it and it will be a sliding gate. I would like to remodel the house, extend the outside walls by a meter, change the main bedroom window into a sliding door. New roof and get the ceiling a bit high. Upgrade the electrical wiring, change windows and doors, upgrade the current sliding door into the folding one. Upgrade the bathrooms. Change the double garage roof from zinc into tiles ( Tuscan style) extend the back room and laundry, add inside shower and toilet.
