I need a price for the geyser, as well as the following materials: cowl, pipe, inline strainer, batteries, gas pipe, regulator, gate valve, 15mm copper weld on elbows, 15mm weld on male and female adaptors, 15mm cobra safe pipe, 15mm conex t-stuk, 15mm conex elbows. Then labour and travelling (the travelling for as if I am staying in Potchefstroom please?) I already got a local quote, I just want to compare the quote.
The bathtub leaks inside and water deviates to the wall outside like a waterfall on the wall outside the bathroom. wall in bedroom is damp and lifting, shower is on the other side of the wall. assuming there is water seeping in from shower as the sealant has worn away. need scraping , re-plastering and painting of bedroom wall and sealing of shower floor. laminate flooring also lifting and needs to be replaced. we have extra panels available

Need security gates to my front door and kitchen door. Last contractor botched it. Front door is arched at top and door is recessed, so security gate needs to have arch as well to be able to open fully or be not quite as tall as door itself or expand and swing? Hinges should be same side as door Should be simple to figure out. I need suggestions. Last one could not open far enough to get furniture out!! Had to cut it off!! Back door opens in. Security gate should have hinges same side as door to open fully. Not like previous contractor! Unfortunately I am not there, I am locked down in another country so must rely on a reliable person. The gates should be hot dipped please, not rusted steel. Maybe expanding aluminium gates - need advise. Thanks,
My boss has a farm house in Magaliesberg just off the R (Koster Road). He is looking for a quote on an epoxy resin floor, its two small jobs. Job 1) sloping shower floor (is it possible to do a slopping floor?) about 3 sqm; Job 2) a flat bathroom floor about 4-5 sqm. Approx 4m wide opening. Currently metal swing gates (gate rusty & motors both non functional) Looking for quotes on the following: 1. Replace current swing gates and motors with new metal / PVC /something. Would prefer a more modern design and would prefer more privacy / half half solid and slats. Also would prefer maintenance free option (don't want rust or to have to repaint). 2. Replace gate with sliding gate and sliding gate motor - is it even possible on our driveway - please get them to pop past and look
We share a driveway with our neighbors. We were thinking of having two complete systems. Each system will have its own intercom (with camera) and one side of the two sided swing gate. The gates will need to fit well together. There is a long driveway and the gate would be far away from each of the two houses.
