Something like a trapezoid. Hight 2,5m. Top width of 4m. Starting on the left side of this 4m width a 90 degree corner and go South for a length of 8,7m. To the right another width of 6,5m and back North to the other point of the 4m width a length of 5,3m. One attachment against a wall for the 90 degree corner and three poles at the remaining corners. High-security type. I would like to have an indication of the total price and the specifications that the price is based on. Pricing must make provision for two double entrance gates (for passing of trucks/tractors) and two pedestrian gates. There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.

It’s a carport type roof over a patio. Roof dimension is 6.5 m x 4.3 m, On the one 6.5m side it can be mounted on the wall and on the other side there are 3 brick/ concrete pillars of xmm . The frame to support the roof must be steel please. The covering must IBR sheeting, either galvanised or chromadek. Please quote on both types.
Shoprite Nelspruit Cash and Carry had damages on their roof with the huge storm. We need a quotation to repair the roof as it is leaking severely now when it rains. Attached are screenshots of the type of fence and the dimensions of the property taken from google maps. The Gates will be 2, one sliding and one swing gate. The detail of that ill discuss as soon as I get the dimensions for it. Please do communicate via email as I am out of the country. Thanks
We'd love to change the design, install a whole new roof. Perhaps extend the height, I'm wondering if you do other stuff besides the roof. Like painting the house, installing tiles on the wall, pavement, floor tiles, kitchen units installation etc. We're looking on renovating the house but we're comparing the prices for now.
Single Face, brick pattern, no style on top, just straight panels to the top Would like to add spikes on the whole length, if you could quote for that separately as an extra. Pedestrian gate, if quoted for, needs to be a non see through gate. About half the length will need old, small vibrocrete fence removed, other half, is wooden fence.
